CHANGES OF SIZE

How can I exchange an item?

All the items purchased on www.tascon.es can always be exchanged if they are in perfect conditions and the product has not been used. However, don’t forget that you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exchange it.

To proceed to change the product, send us an e-mail to info@tascon.es providing us your information and the order number confirming your request to change of size.

Then we will talk with our transport company and this one will contact the customer to specify the address and date of pick up. Or if you prefer, you can send your own the article to our offices. The item must be shipped in the same conditions as received. Protect the box with the same packaging we used and if you don’t have the original packaging, you have to replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity. If we check that the product doesn't arrive in perfect conditions, it can affect the mentioned change.

Once we receive the item you bought, and we check the status, we will send you a new pair of shoes.

Do I have to pay something for my exchange?

Yes, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. These costs will be paid by transfer to any of the bank accounts that we give the customer by mail.

Can I make changes or returns on sales periods? 

Yes, you can make exchanges and returns on sales periods if the product prices are respected. In addition the customer should know the limited stock we have at that time.



RETURNS

How can I return an item?

Do I have to pay something for my return?

Yes, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of pick up. These costs will be subtracted from the amount to be repaid.

How will I receive my refund?

Once approved the return, you will receive the amount of the transaction less the costs of collection generated by the same payment method which you made the purchase.
